1. Gee I'm so surprised that they didn't agree to halt activity permited by the treaty.
We have no choice now but to take them out.

3. Yes. But there is a huge difference in the amount of enrichment.
I don't recall the exact numbers; but for commercial purposes it only has to be enriched for, I believe, less than 20%; and for weapons, I think it's over 70%. My numbers are probably wrong, but the difference is significant.

4. The levels of enrichment for weapons are many times greater than for nuclear power.

Iran is signatory of the NPT and thus is allowed to enrich uranium for use in nuclear power stations, like Bushehr.

When countries have used old weapons grade uranium for power generation, they have to dilute it with unenriched uranium. It is simply to "hot" to run in a reactor.
