Or---- Are we making progress in the Mid-east?
Or---- Are you glad YOU captured Sadam?
Or---- Why are Businesses overjoyed about the economy?
Or---- Why should America support soldiers in the armed forces?
Or---- Are we safer in the world with Sadam in jail?
Feel free to add more
These questions will allow him to lie spin etc. I could teach my grandson to answer them in a republican fashion in a couple of hours.
We will hear the term "WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION" at least 30 times.

As he does at his unscripted press conferences, Cyrano de Rove will be directing Bush through an earpiece. Chucky will only be visible when his bug-eyed visage peeks out from under the table, either to come up for air or announce a break; then he will return dutifully to his urgent business at the Presidential Fly.

I just sent the following to this address for Meet the Press,
MTP@NBC.com
Tim - I just heard the latest that Mr. Bush is going to be on your show Sunday and its clear that the administration is in pure damage control with the momentum of John Kerry and the latest poll numbers. As a result, I expect the administration may come to NBC with specific questions to ask Mr. Bush and push for the release of questions prior to the interview. If such the case, I expect NBC to deny this request on the basis of fair reporting and the credibility of your interview.
Thank you, a true patriot.
C'mon all, time to make an assult on their inbox.

We're taking bets that Mr. Russert lofts airy meringues instead of hard questions.
Also that Mr. Bush will be wearing an earpiece so Mr. Rove can properly instruct his answers.
This is Mr. Russert's opportunity to be an American instead of a Republican lapdog that licks his masters and yaps incessantly at everyone else.

Is Tim Russert finally going to be a watchdog instead of a lapdog, in his upcoming interview with Bush? Or will he just be throwing softballs? Powder puffs, maybe?
I know Russert can be a tough questioner, but he saves that toughness for the Democrats. I'd like to see him give the "Howard Dean" treatment to the arrogant thug in OUR White House. Is he going to confront Bush on ANY of his lies, deceits, double-dealings, crony-isms, and potentially traitorous secretiveness (WHO OUTED VALERIE PLAME????? Gonna ask him about THAT???) But knowing Russert's track record as a sycophant for the right and attack dog against the left, I won't hold my breath.

It will be OBVIOUS to any thinking person if GWB was given the questions in advance, or if he is allowed to use a teleprompter.
I sincerely hope that your show, and your network will not allow such a thing to occur.

their idiot son babbling away defending himself from the AWOL / desertion charges, etc.. (like they were tonight when Tom Brokaw discussed this on the NBC evening "news".)
So, the elder Shrubs will be stewing in their juices, once and for all. I love it!

The First Idiot.
He will try to staunch the bleeding the Pubs are taking on the polls.
Will he succeed?? Only time will tell. What are the odds? That we will see a Queeg meltdown?? Who knows.
Oh well. I got the Pepsi and popcorn.

to avoid providing plenty o'cannon fodder for the campaign.
he simply CAN'T speak without a script for any significant amount of time.
just remember, in those tiny tiny press conferences following Annan and the Polish PM, he couldn't avoid LYING about the inspectors not being allowed in by Saddam
no matter HOW hard they try to polish this turd, all the bits and pieces of corn, pretzel, other undigestible fibrous material (OK, I know pretzels digest, but you get the idea) will be poking out of the giant, steaming cesspile that is the essence of our chief squatter, and there's NO way they can cover it up.
no possible way.
don't see HOW this is going to help them
they must be REALLY REALLY desparate, and I'll bet potatohead is also feeling intense pressure to do a good job as his Goebbels on Sunday.

Mr. Russert:
The people of the planet will be judging YOU when you host George W. Bush. The hot seat is yours, not his. Will you adhere to the ethics of your profession? Or will you be part of a propaganda machine?
You can redeem yourself or sell your soul. The people of the planet will not be fooled.
Choose wisely.

I'll be writing Timmy a letter this week.
He grilled all the Dem Nominees with his gotcha quotes.
He better give Dubya a few tough ones.
That POS better.

does. He is a mess all of the time. If he could not pull off a state of the union address after three years of experience in office. What makes this any easier? Watching him and Russert felate each other with not float his fraudulent self any higher in the water than the sad state of the union speech did. That is my opinion. And I hope I am proven correct. You mean the elder shrub and wifey were on, defending their little heir? Really?
Please tell me what happened. I missed the not-the-news tonight. I was visiting someone in the hospital.

They got so upset at CBS for showing a naked breast during the Super Bowl. Now NBC is showing freaking FELLATIO on the Sabbath. What is this world coming to?

Bush*, Bush* will be in the Oval Office and not the studio. I'm sure teleprompters will be all over the place. Carl Rove will probably be under the desk. I agree with one of the above posters that it will be Timmy who is in the Hot Seat.

I think the American public expects that the interview with Mr. Bush will be of the same standards as those used with others who visit Meet the Press. The interview should be about issues of great concern, e.g. WMD as the chief rationale for a pre-emptive war, the budget deficit, the unemployment rate, etc. I think we expect this interview to be conducted extemporaneously and not pre-packaged in any way such as taped or providing the questions before hand. It is extremely important that this inteview be an honest, straight-forward, and substantive experience. This interview is not so much about what Mr. Bush says but more about what Mr Russert asks on our behalf. If it appears that the interview does not challenge the interviewee (as is the case and purpose of every interview) then NBC will have replaced CBS for the most offensive offering to the American public to date. If I am in error in assuming that any of the above is the way this interview will go, then please let me know so that I and as many people that I can contact will not waste our time tuning in. Thank you.

91. Don't Worry about Softball Questions. |
|
In EVERY public appearance, whether it's a "press conference", a statement with world leaders, an off-the-cuff remark or a television "interview" — something slimy oozes out of SmirkBoy's piehole.
Just think back a few weeks to the Diane Sawyer interview when after pressing him on the issue of WMDs, Mr. Sack-O-Shit angrily blurted out "What's the difference!!!" (whether there were WMDs in Iraq or not).
I think that display of indifference and stupidity was the worst thing that I've ever seen from * — although when it comes to appallingly idiotic statements, it's pretty hard to choose the worst.
