Ex-prosecutor facing DUI (yet another repug)
Source: Miami Herald

Al Milian, a prominent South Florida lawyer and former Broward County prosecutor, was arrested on drunk driving charges in Fort Lauderdale early Friday, according to the Broward Sheriff's Office.

BSO arrested Milian after he crashed into the lawn of a two-floor apartment building along Southeast Sixth Street and U.S. 1. He was unscathed, but his small gray Honda ran down a sign, damaged sprinklers and ruined landscaping. The damage was estimated at about $4,000, according to the building's owner, Susanne Morton.

''He never once apologized for ruining my property,'' Morton said. ``Instead, he said that I didn't have enough lights. There are lights all over U.S. 1.''

-

As a Republican candidate, Milian was twice trounced in his bid to defeat Democratic Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernández Rundle in 2000 and 2004.

11. What happen to Key Lay
Although Key Lay death (if it was not staged) means he escapes
sentencing and his family may avoid financial ruin, Ken Lay is
now the poster boy for avarice and fraud.

Bush/Cheney has proven time after time that crime pays for the
wealthy and elitist , but not if you are John Doe...

Don't Americans keep getting play the same d... song over and
over , while the elite and wealthy run overseas with our
money..

6. Gotta love the way they word it
"but his small gray Honda ran down a sign". Oh really, it just went and did it itself?

10. Actually, he saw this crazed, out-of-control Honda charging suicidally
at a building full of sleeping people, and he leapt aboard, grabbed the wheel, and managed to wrestle control from it, crashing it into the landscaping and saving all those people.

The guy's a hero, I say!

and making sure that the disposition in his case is around about the same deal that anyone else would get?
