Exec pay limits gain support as bailout questioned
Source: AP

WASHINGTON - Executives whose companies get a piece of the $700 billion government bailout will have their pay packages strictly limited under proposals that are broadly supported by both Republicans and Democrats in Congress.

The Bush administration was resisting the move as it scrambled to overcome widespread misgivings on Capitol Hill and swiftly push through its plan to rescue tottering financial firms by buying up their rotten assets.

2. Do this for ALL companies while you have the chance
Address the fundamental issues of our economy or don't do anything. Shrink the income gap or things will just get worse and worse.

4. Sorry Georgie
but these are the consequences you must face when you mess up a country this badly. It's hard to believe after all the grief he's received for corporatism, cronyism, and not giving a shit about average Americans, he's still willing to go to bat for failed Millionaire executives who want tax payer funded multi-million dollar bonuses, but I guess why quit being an elitist fuck-up now?
