Dems Dominate New OHIO Voters
Source: AP

CLEVELAND - Newly registered voters in Ohio, an important swing state in the last presidential election, are overwhelmingly in areas that Democratic nominee John Kerry won four years ago.

Traditionally Democratic-leaning precincts are posting the highest number of new voter registrations, The Plain Dealer newspaper in Cleveland found in an analysis. One in four new voters are in the Democratic stronghold of Cuyahoga County, which includes Cleveland.

Almost 40 percent of the new voters live in precincts that heavily favored Kerry.

2. No, the trick is to get them to BE ABLE to vote when they show
up-not hours later and to not have their votes flipped or be counted for some third party candidate.

5. you think they would register and then not go and vote?

As others have noted, these registrations are probably being shredded by OH Repukes as quickly as they're filled out

I saw you on another thread the other evening acting so oddly pessimistic, in which everyone called you on it.

16. Yet the news media said that Obama's is slipping in polls
They claim a poll stated that Obama was only leading by 5
points 47 to 42.. How in the h... did Obama slip 4 to 7
points in one day...

Republicans made it seem close and it is easier to steal...

10. The GOP is busily bumping them from eligibility about as fast as the Dems are registering them
See what RFK Jr. has to say about all these newly registered Dems.

13. Meh, forget Ohio, they screwed us in 2004....
We'll win Virginia. A state that's come around. Ohio should have known better from the start.

15. Rural areas in OH voted for Bush....
Why did the MSM call it for Bush when polls were still open (with lines wrapped around buildings waiting to vote) at 12 a.m. in Cuyahoga County? (The bluest of blue in OH)

Ohio was stolen....

17. I Love People Are Registering As Dems
and not "independents" or as we call them in CO "unaffiliated". They are not independent, they are indecisive and wishy washy. I've been doing some phone banking and gawd many of these people don't have an answer to many of the issues I bring up in a conversation. They whine and say, well I don't like either one of them. I respond by saying, why don't you register as a dem or repub next time and participate in the first process vs letting others make the choice for you. That usually shuts them up.
