GOP senators say Obama off to bad start
Source: CNN.COM

Top Republican lawmakers Sunday called on President Obama to change his political strategy, arguing that the passage of a massive stimulus bill on a party-line vote showed he has failed to deliver the "change" he promised.

"If this is going to be bipartisanship, the country's screwed," Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-South Carolina, told ABC's "This Week." "I know bipartisanship when I see it."

Sen. John McCain, R-Arizona, said Obama was off to "a bad beginning," out of step with the vow of bipartisanship both men made after Obama beat out the Republican presidential nominee for the White House in November.

"It was a bad beginning because it wasn't what we promised the American people, what President Obama promised the American people, that we would sit down together," McCain told CNN's "State of the Union With John King."

What BETTER endorsement for Obama than to have Graham and McCain say they think Obama is off to a bad start!

To Graham: You know what bipartisanship is? How would you know that, since Bush didn't consult with the Democrats ONCE in his miserable, corrupt eight years of 'leadership'. The NeoCons rammed their agenda down American's throats, and if anyone disagreed, they were unpatriotic traitors or socialists. You are a real scumbag.

Or maybe her corset is too tight.

If they think Big O is off to a bad start, there's a sure sign he's off to a roaring GOOD start.

The GOP's irrelevance becomes more apparent every day.

40. I'm giving you a heart, just for that post!

I can't stand that two-faced little weasel Lindsey Graham. Adding insult to injury, he's from the very place in SC where I grew up. In fact, he only lives a few miles from my Mom. Where I spent my formative years, until I could get the hell out by the rather drastic step of joining the Marines.

Some interesting stuff from Mom: in his first House campaign, Graham had an attractive young woman glued to his arm. He never introduced her, so people assumed she was his wife.

Turned out to be his niece.

In his next campaign, he was squiring around a most UNattractive woman. That beard was Laura Ingraham.

You're right, all this pissing and moaning from the GOP only means Obama is doing the right stuff. It's just like 1993, when they whined that the Clinton tax increase would lead to massive unemployment, a depression, etc. etc.

It actually led to all those surpluses the idiots squandered during the Bush years, and they need to be reminded of that. Constantly.

The news as reported from the minority view of the GOP is getting pretty boring. Basically, they aren't doing what WE want, WAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

To CNN and other News outlets, I have a little known exclusive for you: The republics LOST. Update your phone lists, your old go-to contacts are now irrelevent. Gone are the days where you could simply report the GOP talking points as News.
