Rumsfeld: Iraq Attacks Won't Stop U.S.

<Snip>
Some attacks aim to foster interethnic and interreligious conflict, he said. Others are strikes against the newly formed security services, with the apparent aim of persuading Iraqis not to join.

"They're killing Iraqis. The Iraqi people don't like it," Rumsfeld said.

"Instead of responding by acquiescing, we see volunteers are still in line to join the police. They're still in line to join the Army. They're leaning forward. They're taking losses, and God bless them for it."

Rumsfeld said he believes a recently intercepted letter, purportedly from a terrorist organizer connected to the al-Qaida terror network, is authentic. The letter writer, believed to have been Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, wrote of efforts to cause a civil war between the two major Muslim sects, the long-dominant Sunnis and the majority Shiites.

....Why does this guy still have a job?!?

1. Why are any of those people still there? Apparently lying about the
reasons to attack a country aren't important. The reality vs. fantasy factor isn't important. The constant manipulation of the judiciary isn't important. Weakening enviromental protections that took decades to put in place aren't important. Integrity in the leaders of our country is no longer important. Obviously any sign of intelligence in the pResident of this country is longer important. Conflict of interest in the Bush* administration by Cheney, Perle, etc., is of no importance any longer. Does this help??

5. Rumsfeld the Terrible
In history books in the future, he will not be treated well.

He's a filthy, heartless, lying, profiteering warmonger who is up to his elbows in the blood of innocents.

And he is the poster boy for all that is evil about the Bush Administration.

6. And the US won't stop Iraq attacks either.
It all kind of reminds me of Vietnamization - after 1972.

Eventually we are going to be forced to pull out and declare peace with honor.
This shits not going to stop.
