Kevin Siers ..cartoon ...Charlotte Observer...Today

The cartoon showes a tall man with the name George Herbert Walker Bush, he has his arm around the shoulder of a shorter man holding a paper ..headlines Three Years of Job Losses...The man holding the paper has the name of George Herbert Hoover Bush...

I can't bring the cartoon up.. I find an older cartoon, maybe some of you younger people has the knowledge to look at this cartoon.
