GOP Hopeful Seeks to Rival Boxer With Righteousness

Granting benefits to illegal immigrants is immoral. Same-sex marriage will destroy the foundation of civilization. Democratic U.S. Sen. Barbara Boxer represents only wacky San Francisco liberals.

It's 8:45 a.m. on a gloomy Saturday in Newport Beach, and Howard Kaloogian is just warming up.

The Republican candidate for U.S. Senate has a rapt audience this morning — about 200 members of a conservative breakfast club formed 20 years ago by former Assemblyman Gil Ferguson. A larger-than-normal crowd is at the Balboa Bay Club to hear Kaloogian, another former assemblyman who is among 10 Republican candidates hoping to win the March 2 nomination and face Boxer in the fall.

1. I strongly support Kaloogian for the GOP nomination.

He would be an ideal opponent. It's not so much that he would poll much worse than the other GOP candidates--it's that it's important to charcterize Kaloogian's abortion and homosexuality-focused agenda as being synonymous with the GOP in this state. The visage of "moderation" must to ripped away exposing the fascist reality.

Isn't that exactly the same thing they said about inter-racial marriage in the fifties and sixties? I guess they were right considering the shape of civilization today. Especially on the Right. I would say they aren't exactly what I would call Civil.

How does that work? Are you worried that your marriage is going to be weakened by same sex marriage? Do you know anybody whose marriage will be threatened? Ok then.
