BAYTOWN, Texas - At least 100 explosive devices were found in a southeast Texas mobile home where a deputy was shot and killed, a sheriff said Tuesday.

A bomb squad found homemade pipe bombs, gas grenades and altered tear gas devices with booby traps in the mobile home where Deputy Shane Detwiler was shot twice in the head, Chambers County Sheriff Joe LaRive said at a news conference.

Detwiler's death set off a 9 1/2-hour standoff that ended when police and deputies entered the mobile home and found suspected gunman Gilbert Ortez Jr. dead.

Long story short: DHS developed a report that predicted a rise in right-wing terrorist activity and was forced to retract it, before all of the right-wing terrorist incidents occurred in the past months, because it offended the right-wing terrorists.

they don't discriminate on account of ideology. if the guy wasn't a convicted felon, or had other disqualifying crime or mental condition, then he has the same 2nd amendment rights as anybody else. 2nd amendment is one of the few amendments where we STRIP rights pending certain convictions. the right to vote is another.
