WASHINGTON, July 30 (Reuters) - A U.S. judge on Thursday ordered that one of the youngest detainees held at the controversial Guantanamo Bay prison be released for what is expected to be a trip home to Afghanistan.

U.S. District Court Judge Ellen Huvelle said she expected Mohammed Jawad -- accused of throwing a grenade that injured two U.S. soldiers and their interpreter in Kabul in late 2002 -- to be en route to Afghanistan by Aug. 24. (Reporting by Jeremy Pelofsky, editing by Bill Trott)

2. personally, i think pres. obama's plan is to deal with the

detainee's under the radar and, by the time the rw loons catch on, gitmo will be closed. jmo. i think he's very cagey . . . and i hope that caginess applies to other issues. i'm thinking it may well after hearing about the medicare fraud arrests yesterday.

4. no. i'm saying that they are not out waving red flags in front

of the rw msm but are keeping their heads down and getting things done . . . quietly. they are obviously not hiding these successes or we would not know about them. since there are so few real journalists doing the job any more, i imagine it's gotten pretty easy to fly under the msm radar.
