Hague official guilty of contempt
Source: BBC News

A former official at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in The Hague has been convicted of contempt of court.

French journalist Florence Hartmann - the court's spokeswoman for six years - was fined 7,000 euros (£6,100).

1. Why would a 'journalist' be a spokesperson for a legal body?
Really weird, that, especially considering that every so-called 'journalist' has a political agenda and generally writes for an outlet that has a specific political viewpoint.

2. No, I disagree.
Not every journalist has a political agenda. Some really do believe that truth is their goal and provide unbiased reporting. But, the truth frequently has a liberal bias. The so called "conservatives" of today, lie as a matter of course, so they avoid the truth whenever possible. Truthful journalists are rarely found in the corporate media and frequently publish independent books.

4. it doesn't sound to me like any whistle blowing was going on
Just using one's privileged position in one job (the tribunal) to help them be successful at another job (being a freelance author).
