Remembering late mother-in-law, Schwarzenegger intervenes to stop Monrovia evictions

Disabled residents of a Monrovia apartment complex who were issued lease termination notices will be allowed to stay in their homes, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger said today.

"I am here to tell all the people here that your eviction notice is being terminated," Schwarzenegger said in the courtyard of Regency Court Apartments in front of dozens of its residents and their families who cheered and clapped

Well I can now say that Arnie did ONE good thing as Gov.

I heard about this story yesterday and it made me sick.

Glad to see Arnie stepped in.

1. It took the voice of a dead Democrat
to get a live Republican to do the right thing.

He's still a sorry fuck, but at least he did the right thing here.

Shame on Star-Holdings, who has to be the most tone deaf organization in the whole United States................................

These people today aren't Democrats - they're far more like the people who fashioned themselves "conservatives" back in the sixties, only without the gravitas so many of them possessed.

Lightweights, in every possible way, they are lightweights..................................

I'm glad these people don't have to move, but arnies grand standing and getting free publicity for it it typical
