Justice Dept.'s second in command is stepping aside
By Carrie Johnson
Washington Post Staff Writer

Deputy Attorney General David W. Ogden, the Justice Department's second in command, is stepping aside to return to private law practice in Washington after less than a year of service, according to two sources familiar with the move.

He served as a senior Justice Department official managing the civil division during the Clinton administration and co-led the transition team after President Obama was elected last year.

Holder Jr., who has become the department's public face on national security and public corruption issues. Ogden will be returning to his lucrative private practice at the Wilmer Hale law firm, the sources said.

3. I'm sure, being a lawyer,
he has enough "experience" to know that Holder is not doing his job. How many economic criminals are not being investigated, let alone prosecuted? The "Golden Rule", he who has the Gold,Rules.
