Karl Rove's Visit To UWM Incites Protest
Bush's Former White House Adviser Speaks At UWM

MILWAUKEE -- Former White House adviser Karl Rove’s visit to UWM on Thursday triggers a protest.

Rove was the mastermind behind both of George W. Bush’s election campaigns.

About 40 protestors rallied and called Rove a war criminal, blaming him for getting the U.S. into the Iraq war.

"We believe that before he speaks at this university for thousands of dollars, he should be put on trial for the crimes against humanity that he and the rest of the bush administration committed," said Natasha Morgan, of Students for a Democratic Society.

2. I thought Rove was on his way out after the last election.

Now it would almost appear that he is Obama's presidential advisor -- this escalation is right up his alley. He sure likes it when Bu$h's chickenhawk cronies get rich off our tax dollars and the deliberate sacrifice of our soldiers.

What a pathetic, sick fuck piece of shit Karl Rove is, I agree he should be on trial for he crimes he has committed. He has done more to maim and disfigure our country internally than any terrorist could do externally.

4. They paid this idiot $25,000 to trash Obama...Where did the money come from?
Our President can not speak to students but Rove can.....UMW is a public University...again I ask WHERE did the 25 grand come from?....

"I'll make a deal with you. I'll keep my remarks short and then you can get a microphone and you can ask me any damn question you want. Until then, do something that may come hard to a liberal intellectual, and that is show respect for the rights of others, like everybody else who came here tonight," Rove said.
