The 19 paintings and drawings, including works by Picasso, Monet and Van Gogh, are worth more than 100m euros (£90m), financial police said.

Tanzi denied owning any secret art collection earlier this week, Italian newspapers reported.

so many people still waiting for having their money back. so many families ruined in this fraud.
and not only italian.

this is a wonderful example of the italian capitalism lately devoting to finance instead than to good solid production and good management.
it makes good pair with cirio.

with the bank/finance authorities during the years looking elasewhere, as the shares were sold in the world as if they were gold.
and what's worse, the parmalat itself makes good products and is healthy.
