Free Press reporter M.L. Elrick is live blogging a hearing on the finances of former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick in front of Wayne County Circuit Judge David Groner.

Mayoral appointees signed checks from fund

11:32 a.m. | Siringas said April Edgar and Kandia Milton signed the civic fund checks to Kilpatrick. Both were mayoral appointees who were among the dozens of friends and family on the city payroll.
