US rejects Russian missile shield concerns
Source: BBC News

The United States has rejected fresh concerns raised by Moscow about its planned missile defence system.

The State Department statement came after Russian PM Vladimir Putin said the US plans were holding up a new nuclear disarmament treaty.

The statement said the two issues were completely separate, and discussions would continue separately.

Russia and the US are yet to find a successor to the Cold War-era Start I treaty, which expired on 5 December.

7. It's Reagan's policy
Bush just continued it, as did every other president after Reagan. Just saying, don't hate the messenger. :)

4. Well, negotations aren't peregruzheny yet.
Also not perezagruzheny, as the case should have been. (peregruzka -- overload; peregruzhennyi -- overloaded; perezagruzhennyi -- rebooted, restarted)

The problem is if you perezagruzit' (reload) a program and feed it the same bad data, the perezagruzka doesn't much matter.

It's still embarrassing.

The word 'peregruzka' also means 'transshipment' or something like that.

6. Of course Hillary was laughed at,...
She wanted to show "cooperation" and unity against Iran...but she failed. She presented a button that meant as "restart" but missed the translation. What a joke!
