Obama orders Postal Service to deliver medicine in case of Anthrax attack
Source: Green Technology Daily

President Barack Obama ordered federal agencies to establish a national system for dispensing medical countermeasures in the event of a large-scale biological attack, "with anthrax as the primary threat consideration."

The U.S. Postal Service would be responsible for delivering the medical countermeasures, such as antibiotics, to residents for self administration across all communities in the United States, according to the President's Executive Order issued last week.

2. This replaces the * era rule:

In the event of an anthrax attack:
1) Don't get sick
2) If you do get sick, die quickly

(Not to be confused with the Republican health plan which this rule inspired.)

7. If the PO was allowed to operate like a business and charge prices
that can turn a profit, they wouldn't need a bailout. Until then they will need to be subsidized by the gov't. You would not believe the process and red tape involved to raise the price of a stamp a penny. And if they want to close an underused post office the local congressmen go nuts.
