Court dismisses charges against Honduras coup generals
(AFP) – 9 hours ago

TEGUCIGALPA — A judge dismissed charges against six generals who led Honduras' June coup, a day before a new president was to be inaugurated and deposed leader Manuel Zelaya was due to leave Honduras.

4. The crime was that they were "receiving information suggesting" they commit constitutional crimes.
The crime is not the excuse, unless, of course, you are excusing yourself!

This Supreme Court is part of the Junta, no questions remaining now, for sure.
