7. pretty nice hospital. studied near there. familiar w/ its campus. next to Shinchon party dist.
that region is in the history books being so important to the life and times of modern Korea (S. Korea). had some of the most epic student protests ever mere yards away. unfortunately the protests i saw there (there's a protest "season" roughly around Spring and Fall) were mere shadows of their former 1980s glory.

the funerary wing of the hospital was immense and quite well designed/staffed.

16. Isn't he a war criminal not allowed to leave our country for fear of being arrested? Is it time to
arrest him in Seoul? We must punish war criminals to keep
fresh ones alerted to the consequences of their crimes!

20. Damn... so that voodoo doll I just got does really work...
All kidding aside, what frightens me is the fact that neocons considered Kissinger as being too "moderate." Think about that for a second, and weep. We went from having a mass murderer in the 70s, to having a band of roving neocons in charge for the first decade of the XXI century... who consider said mass murderer as being "too moderate."

22. Does he have health insurance?
He's self employed, right?

Wonder if his coverage which he had as Secretary of State is still in force? Don't those who serve in Congress, no matter the duration get to keep their health insurance for life?

Fuck him, who cares.

24. He's a retired public official, I am sure he has had a nice public pension and health plan...
... for the better part of at least 3 decades.

We pay our taxes in order to pay for the salaries of public officials who get to deny us access to the same lever of health care as they have. In the same sense, that we pay insurance policies for the privilege of being denied coverage when needed.

The American public must be among some of the dumbest collections of people in recent history. They are not just accepting, but in many cases they are proactively fighting to defend systems/approaches which are in complete opposition to their own personal interests. It is fascinating from a psychological point of view regarding control of masses.

I'm sure a few days in one of their prison camps would give him a little taste of his own medicine.
