Judge tosses Rudy Giuliani son Andrew Giuliani's suit over getting boot from Duke golf team
Source: NY Daily News

Andrew Giuliani didn't make the cut - a federal judge Tuesday dismissed a case he filed after getting booted off the Duke University golf team.

The son of former Mayor Rudy Giuliani had argued that a former Duke golf coach, the late Rod Myers, had lured him to the school with guarantees that he could compete and always use Duke's athletic facilities.

But then Myers' replacement cut Giuliani from the team in 2008, allegedly after a series of run-ins with fellow golfers.

The younger Giuliani sued to get back his place on the team.

The legal bid officially landed out of bounds Tuesday, when U.S. District Judge William Osteen Jr. ruled the offers used to woo Giuliani to the school did not constitute an enforceable contract.

He should be forced to wear a "BORN LOSER" sign around his neck for the rest of his life (as a community service).

10. The children of prominent Repubs = entitled to everything.
Just now, Sarah Palin's daughter Willow got away with trashing a house that was on sale thanks to mommy's ties to the Alaskan government.

And for much of the previous decade, the President of the United States was a man who got all the good stuff in life (such as admission to Yale and exceptions to National Guard service) because of his father, the 41st President.

13. I don't think there's any question that a personality conflict got
him booted! He appeared on the competition show "The Big Break", which is a reality-based series on The Golf Channel in which a group of aspiring touring professionals compete against each other for an opportunity to play on the PGA Tour (big leagues).

Giuliani clearly had a great deal of talent, so I can't imagine his dismissal came about as the result of poor performance...
