Seventh Victim Of Anacortes Refinery Explosion Dies

SEATTLE -- A seventh person has died after this month's explosion at the Tesoro refinery in Anacortes, Harborview Medical Center confirms to KIRO 7.

A nursing supervisor says Matthew Gumbel, 31, died from his injuries at 2:45 Saturday morning.

Six other people died in the April 2 explosion.
