Racist Graffiti, Messages Prompt Police, FBI Investigations (Georgia)

HAMPTON, Ga. -- One neighbor called it a "childish and barbaric prank." Someone spray-painted a racist message on the street between two homes owned by African-Americans in rural Clayton County.

Their homes are near a picturesque neighborhood lake on Bear Creek Trail. The graffiti said, "KKK lake off limits to (expletive)."

When Barack Obama was about to become president, neighbors said, someone put virulently racist fliers in the mailboxes of the few African-Americans in that area of the subdivision. The messages contained threats toward Obama and federal agents investigated.

The latest graffiti incident comes a few days after African-American friends of a lakefront home owner were fishing on the subdivision lake from his property and a white man in a boat told them they weren't allowed there.

Before the residents living closest to the graffiti even saw it, a white neighbor spotted it and called Clayton County police. He filed a police report and called the FBI, too.

2. This racist crap makes me sick!

More than likely, the person or persons responsible for this disgusting graffiti and racist flyers probably have a grand total of three teeth in their head and an IQ that is smaller than their shoe size. I hope the police/FBI find these low lifes and prosecute them to the full extent of the law. Why do people judge other people by the color of their skin? I'm sure they consider themselves "good Christians." I am furious!!!

4. This happened about 3 miles from my house!

I hate to say it but the south is still the south! I know this kind of crap can happen anywhere but I know the people who live around here and they are almost as you described...However, we do have better dental hygiene so most folks have most of their teeth. But racism is still bad!

...And YES YES YES, everyone down here thinks they are the closets thing to Jesus! I want to puke every time I hear "I'm so blessed! Jesus loves me and my family so much! :puke:

Some might have their limbs ripped off in a tornado and they will claim they are "Blessed" and god saved them! LOL!
