Board wants contempt hearing for Sheriff Joe Arpaio

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors almost certainly will issue an order to show cause why Sheriff Joe Arpaio should not be held in contempt. The board will likely demand that Arpaio appear before them in a hearing to explain why he did not hand over financial documents requested by the board through a subpoena, which is a legal order to produce documents or appear in person.

He is hiding his lawbreaking and knows what handing his records will reveal. That's why he didn't run for Gov.
