Vote Buying, Intimidation Reported to Kentucky Election Hotline
Source: Lexington Herald-Leader

Martin said three calls had been received involving vote buying or selling in Clay County; two in Perry County; and one each in Leslie and Magoffin counties.

There also have been calls from Clay County regarding an election official and "electioneering," or campaigning too close to the polls, she said.

...
There have been several reports of incidents at polling places involving alleged representatives of Rand Paul's campaign.

Paul, the favorite of the Tea Party movement, is seeking the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate; his opponent in the primary is Kentucky Secretary of State Trey Grayson, who has the backing of establishment Republicans.

I have added the emphasis in the above quote. Why am I not surprised that Tea Party fuckwits supporting a fascist lunatic are intimidating voters?

1. Everyone should take their cell
phone or their ipod (the newer ones record video) when they vote. Make these people famous.

3. MSNBC reported there were several incidents where
Paul supporters were removed from the polls by police for intimidation. Ky must operate diff. than Ga. They're very strict here. No signs, no buttons, not shirts, of any kind will be tollerated at the vting place. I believe they have to stay at least 100 yards away. I saw one of the election officials tell a couple they had to turn their babys t0shirt inside out ir they had t leave. They LEFT! The baby was only about 4-5 months old.

7. Its 1 campaign accusing another campaign AND
the WAPO calls it intimidation when volunteers were asking to witness that
the voting machines started out with 0 votes at beginning of the day.

I don't know the candidates well, but Grayson is SOS and he is able to
impact the media and also knows how to spin election issues.

He might not be doing that, but to me, some of what is called intimidation
isn't.
