Ahmadinejad: 9/11 terror attacks death toll was exaggerated
Source: Reuters

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Saturday the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks were exaggerated in a fresh broadside at the United States just days after U.S. President Barack Obama voiced willingness to talk to Iran.

Well-known for his anti-American and anti-Israeli rhetoric, the hardline populist Ahmadinejad also repeated his denial of the Holocaust, on which the consensus of historians is that six million Jews were exterminated by Nazi Germany.

Ahmadinejad said the Sept. 11 attacks with hijacked airliners on New York and Washington D.C. had been trumped up as an excuse for the United States to invade Afghanistan and Iraq.

Speaking at a Tehran conference, Ahmadinejad said there was no evidence that the death toll at New York's World Trade Center, destroyed in the attacks, was as high as reported and said "Zionists" had been tipped off in advance.

10. They now write his name Ahmedi Nejad
the abbreviation "AN" is Farsi for shit.

He's being kept in place by the mad mullahs, alone. He's pretty much lost the support of the people, even the rural people who swept him into office on his promise of making things better for them and then failed to deliver.

I think they're just waiting for that old fraud Khameini to kick the bucket, then all hell will break loose.

61. Tired, but not an unexpected tactic..
You can admit it, Chavez considers Mahmoud Ahmadinejad like his brother - ideological brother infact. These two are real good buddies. They tour around together, created something called the axis of unity, etc, etc.

Columbia has nothing to do with it. Diverting attention to Uribe? Seriously? The Chavez cheerleader squad always try this, but it really is so tired and boring.

9. As long as Ahmadinejad spews this bullshit
he can still pretend the U.S.A. is the big bad enemy. All he is doing is distract from the problems the Iran internally. "Don't look how bad the Iran is doing within, look at the bad bad western world". As long as Mr. Ahmadinejad is the president of the Iran we can expect such comments.

33. Not me..
He actually made a speech at the UN not too long ago. I found it made a lot of common sense, and I found it funny that the American Delegation chose to walk out on his speech with their hands of theirs ears and saying "La La La La La"

Of course, those same so Called "Diplomats" would be right at home here with many of the negative posters.

I guess nobody wants to rememebr Mossedeq, the Shah of Iran, the Iran Contra Scandal, the faux revolution that failed last spring, and all the other tampering Iran has been subjected to, simply because they want to retain their Sovereignty after being targetted by the Economic Hit Men.

Leave em be. They are as smart or smarter than any American will ever be.

What ever happened to "Sticks and Stones will break my Bones, but names will never hurt me?" Apparently, the US has a bif fucking chip on it's should that has morphed into a war like cancerous growth.

Thats how I read your response.

Of course, I disagree with your opinion because you have been known to defend the indefensible by promoting War over Peace on many occasions, and I tend to do real analysis based on facts and not on some speech made in a language the the Defense industry can barely translate due to the shortage of linguists.

As far as Bush goes, even the citizens of the US were unable to express their opinion on Bush, or his impeachment, so why would other conutries be able to? Secondly, why should they?

21. I love how he uses Americans' tendency to round numbers to demonize us
"Those evil Americans know three thousand people did not die in the 9/11 attacks. Only 2565 did, but they keep saying it was three thousand to demonize the Muslim world."

Unfortunately for Mahmoud over there, it's impossible to "demonize" Osama and his band of merry terrorists any worse than they've already demonized themselves.

Especially when it will mean big profits to Haliburton, BP, and untold numbers of Military Contractors, as well, as unfettered access to untold wealth in oil and mineral resources.

It's the end game folks. America is broke, and the only way out is for the same of take from someone else, now that thay can't print more money that nobody no longer sees any value in.

We don't produce growth anymore, we just take it from someone else, including the American Taxpayer who they have to convince that it's a patriotic thing to do by inflaming them into a bloothirsty rage.

nice cities once you leave if you cant pay you die. Go figure out what poor really is. American Aerospace is 20 years ahead of the EU in aerospace and designs the best systems in the world.

Because we are stupid we export Westinghouse Reactors to China instead of using them here.

Either way Iran is in no way comparable to the US on any comparison point.

Hate to rain on your parade, but the current breed of reactors are basically steam engines that use Nuclear fuel instead of coal.

Cell phones are the worst communications device known to man.. You get no Quality of Service coverage, because it's built to fail when you go out of range, so tough luck buddy.. Stay in range, and don't wander too far... I see people wandering the street in order to get coverage, fuck that.

As far as GPS goes, it sounds great on paper, but the reality is that it was developed to drop fricking bombs from planes.

If you are not in a plane, then all bets are off, just like Cell phones. GPS is useless unless you cut down all the trees Pavulon, but you know that I'm sure.

I don't have a fusion reactor in my basement, but I do have a big pot of fermenting pig shit that does what I need it to do, and it doesn't have a half like of 10,000 Years or emit radiation.

You can take your mass generation of Base load and shove it where the sun doesn't shine. My solar panels produce more than enough for what I need, and it could do the same for industry as well, if only the Banksters or the Government would allow investment in it.

Instead, you pound on your chest for a War for resources on Iran, which is all for oil, and the other vast mineral wealth instead of leaving them the fuck alone like we should.

I'm not responsible for the stupid fucking unsustainable policies the US has taken, but I am responsible enough to not depend on anything that we take for granted these days. Not on your life warhead.

46. You need some education.
Despite your logical fallacies, it is important to correct your ignorance-filled post.

My avatar is not an Israeli flag. This is an Israeli flag:

My avatar is actually a combination of two triangles. One is yellow, the other pink and they were used to designate Jews and gays, respectively, in concentration camps, and are now used as a symbol of the Jewish/gay community, to which I belong.

Educate yourself: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nazi_concentration_camp_badges

Finally, even if my avatar were an Israeli flag, it wouldn't negate the objectiveness of something I posted.
