Democrats Demand Bribery Investigation Into Gov.

LINCOLN, Neb. -- A top Nebraska Democrat has demanded a bribery investigation of Gov. Dave Heineman.

The Democratic State Party chair claimed a letter Heineman sent to three state education associations could be illegal.

My thought here is that the party official who wants a "bribery" investigation meant to say that they want an "extortion" investigation.

1. you're right. It should say Extortion
no bribery. I wonder if that was the paper or the party official who's confused.
