But a smart voter should always look to a person, check his qualifications, his platform, issues, etc. Our Green candidates here in Arkansas are all qualified/professional ... a mayor, two attorneys, professors, etc. and we require to get over 10,000 signatures from registered voters. Arizona sure have funny laws. It's bad enough with that new immigration law over there.
