JERUSALEM – Militants launched mortar shells into Israel and Israeli jets bombed targets in Gaza on Wednesday, just as Israeli and Palestinian leaders held peace talks in Jerusalem with U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Gaza militants opposed to peace with Israel have threatened to derail the fledgling negotiations, and the Israeli military said eight mortars and one rocket hit Israel by mid-afternoon on the day of the talks — the highest daily total since March 2009. There were no injuries.

Israeli warplanes responded by bombing a smuggling tunnel along the Gaza-Egypt border, the military said. Hamas officials said one person was killed and four wounded.

In Jerusalem, little more than an hour's drive from Gaza, Clinton said Israeli and Palestinian leaders were "getting down to business" on the major issues dividing them, though there was no sign they were any closer to resolving a looming crisis over Israeli West Bank settlements.

Israel does gain from this, because the more they kill the more they can expand their illegal settlements.

Also when Israel attacks gaza they have a nasty tendency to ensure they hit businesses too, they want to ensure that these gazans live in perpetual poverty.

This is called destabalizing a region and allows them to depict gazans as terroists much more easily as they put so much focus on the responses.

4. As long as there is no coverage or attention paid to Gaza by the media, I have to take

the position that I don't believe the Israeli leaders and their backers. Masters of espionage and sabatoge - I am taking it as a lie. This is my anti-Israel leadership position, not an anti-Israeli/Semite position. I am not anti-Semite, anti-Jew, Anti Israel. I am for all those who don't want to live like they are living. There is a grand distinction between the vile leadership that is creating ghettos, persecuting, demeaning, killing, dismembering for the purpose of EXILING all non-Jew people from Israel - AND - the good people of Israel and the good Palestinians.

Let's see how Obama and Clinton handle this.

Let's have some proof. Let's have some media. Let's have two sides.
