HILLSBORO • A Cedar Hill man charged with second-degree murder for allegedly killing his daughter's boyfriend argued briefly with the victim before shooting him 11 times, according to court testimony Thursday.

Michael Crutchfield, 22, suffered three gunshot wounds to the head, as well as four to the chest and others to the neck and arm on April 11 in House Springs. He was not armed.

I know the family of the victim. I hope he rots in jail/prison. So sad.

5. Crutchfield never hit the girl - but the girl hit him
The testimony says that the girl slapped and punched Crutchfield, but he never harmed the girl.
He pulled a necklace off of her neck. That's what the testimony says in the article.

10. Why are you tying yourself in knots to blame the victim?
First you insinuate he abused the girl, which there is no info to back up at this point (and suggests you didn't read the article), then you say he shouldn't have argued with the father. WTF?

Except in this case, executed before the trial.

15. His trial was arguing with a dad on hair trigger because of the daughters complaint
Never ever argue with a riled up dad...Mongo 101

Thats just common sense...

What I am trying to say: The TRIGGER PULLER is not automatic Guilty.... In this case...I give the Dad a Pass

16. "The trigger puller is not automatic guilty"
Um yes, that's kind of where laws come in.

Please don't ever accept jury duty.

The laws do not apply to enraged dads who are insane...they will kill. maim. ruin.

Yes the Laws of the Land sez they must stand trial....

Too little too late for victim in the morgue

Again, never argue with a nutcase because of temp insanity...thats street Law...

to be found in fathers in those circumstances. Very sad that it went that far. Age of consent in MO is 17.

3. I think she lied about her age
Maybe that's why the guy was breaking up with her.
Here is her myspace page
http://www.myspace.com/blondeaeprep
Has her age as 22-years-old.

But why was she out on a Sunday night so late? Dad knew and was going
to pick her up. Weird...

8. That's not in the story, nor do I have any other information about
the incident. So, I think I'll just refrain from commenting about things I don't know anything about. Whatever the circumstances, it's a sad thing when anyone dies. I'll skip the myspace page, too.

You enjoy yourself, if that's the kind of thing you enjoy.
