like to personally apologize for Zell and his very odd behavior of late.

I think that it would be in his best interest if his family encouraged him to get a CAT scan because he seems to have the behaviors of someone with a large brain tumor.

I was watching yesterday when he started this particular rant (which had nothing to do with the welfare bill that was being discussed) and it was like seeing a car wreck--you don't want to look but you have to.
