Proposed Air Force training area may bring conflict with ranchers
Source: The Prairie Star

A proposed training zone for military aircraft, including B-1 and B-52 bombers, may affect livestock producers and others who live in the rural areas of southern Montana and northern Wyoming.

The proposed Military Operations Area (MOA) will host low-level, high-speed training exercises, deploy flares and chaff, and bring sonic booms to the area.

Sen. James Thune, of South Dakota, supports the expansion.
