He also details how he bonded with Crown Prince Abdullah of Saudi Arabia, angry over the president's position on Israel and Ramallah, and how a bird was a good omen for the prince.

On 9/11, according to Drudge, the president reveals he gave the order to shoot down planes and thought the jet in Pennsylvania had been shot down.
