WEST CHESTER, Ohio - FedEx Corp. has said more than 200 jobs will be cut when it closes a shipping terminal in southwest Ohio in January.

FedEx spokeswoman Ann Saccomano said Tuesday that the company will close its National LTL facility in West Chester north of Cincinnati on Jan. 29.

She says the 222 employees losing jobs were notified.

The closing is part of the Memphis, Tenn.-based company's integration of its short-haul and long-haul freight pickup and delivery networks announced in September.

4. I don`t mean to dump on those who lost their jobs but FedEx is terrible. We stopped using it at work
I`m sorry about those poor people that lost their jobs and hope they find something soon. But FedEx is miserable to work with. UPS is so much better.
