First they shut down the newspaper so instead of merely talking about violence Sadr's people resort to it. Thne they arrest one of his people and all hell breaks loose.
Now they want to arrest Sadr and they think that will take care of the problem.

The arrest warrent is for a six month old murder.
Does anyone believe that the murder is the actual reason for the arrest? When everyone in power lies all the time; the rules of the game change entirely.
The followers will surround this man, and it seems very unlikely the US will take him without a fight.
