Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting 8-Year Old Inside San Leandro Walmart Store

A San Leandro man has been arrested on suspicion of touching an 8-year-old girl inappropriately inside a Walmart store last Friday evening, police said.

At approximately 7 p.m., officers say they responded to the Walmart at 1919 Davis St. in San Leandro and found the suspect, 29-year-old Carlyle Villazon, pinned to the ground by Oakland resident Malcolm Mason and San Leandro resident Dino Rinetti.

This is the second sexual assault incident on a young child to hit the southern Alameda County area in the past two weeks, following the Dec. 1 assault on a toddler in a Union City Dollar Tree store.

Villazon was arrested on charges of engaging in lewd acts with a child, aggravated sexual assault on a child and false imprisonment, police said.

I just know from folks who spent time behind bars that pedophiles are sought out. Many inmates were victims of pedophilia.
