Daley Has $7.7 Million of JPMorgan Stock to Divest on Way to White House

White House lawyers also are reviewing whether Daley will have to recuse himself from some White House discussions to avoid potential conflicts stemming from his work as vice chairman of JPMorgan and his memberships on the boards of Abbott Laboratories and Boeing Co., according to an administration official.

8. People - honestly it would be impossible to find someone for Treasury Secretary
who doesn't have a bunch of money in the stock market.

Anyone who is smart enough about the economy to even be considered as treasury secretary is smart enough to know how to make money in the stock market. It would be impossible to find someone who didn't.

That would be like getting mad at the Yankees for hiring someone who had played baseball before.
