Kentucky Pair Accused Of Sodomizing Homeless Man
"FReeped"?

http://www.thelouisvillechannel.com/news/2982871/detail.html

LOUISVILLE -- Two men are behind bars for allegedly beating and sodomizing a homeless man behind the Salvation Army...

According to police, Agnew was sleeping when Tyreese Hall and Derek Edmonds started attacking him, and tried to steal his wallet. The men allegedly used a crock pot to attack their victim, Gardner reported.

Then the suspects removed Agnew's pants and sodomized him with a stick, boards and bottles, according to police.

Investigators said the attack was so severe that it caused internal injuries all the way up in Agnew's chest cavity, Gardner reported...

Agnew is in intensive care at University Hospital, and is listed in serious condition.

2. Good God
How can people be so brutal? That's just horrible. Something terrible is going wrong when there are people walking around who have to express their mental illness this way.

4. Why Wouldn't the "Salvation" Army Let The Man Sleep Inside?
My tax dollars are being sucked up by this religious wacko organization that promotes discriminatory employment tactics.

The blood of this man's ass is on the hands of the Salvation Army.

6. Don't worry
I'm sure this homeless man is getting the best possible care there exists at the University Hospital.

8. Lock these two assholes up and throw away the key.
Let them take the place to two non-violent drug offenders IMO.

9. Cases like this are why I've become less liberal over the years
These sick animals need to be put down. I see no point in caring for a mad dog for the final years of its life, always taking the chance that it might somehow escape or harm someone else.

I staunchly opposed the death penalty for many years. The loss of a brother and stories like this have made me rethink everything.

11. This wouldn't even be a death penalty case
unless Mr. Agnew dies from his injuries. One state, Alabama, had, and may still have, the death penalty for rape -- but can you imagine prosecutors seeking it here, where the victim is a homeless man?!

That's the whole problem with the death penalty. The motive for applying it is vengeance, pure and simple. Moreover, it matters who the victim was: kill a homeless, or black, person and you get life; kill an affluent, suburban white person and you get the chamber. Equal justice? No way.
