Judge To Order Protesters Out Of Wisconsin Capitol
Lawsuit Filed Over Access To Capitol Building

A Wisconsin judge said he will order about 100 pro-union protesters to leave the state Capitol on Thursday night.
Dane County Circuit Judge John Albert said that he intends to order people to leave the Capitol when it closes for normal business hours. The judge had not yet issued the order as of about 5:30 p.m. Thursday. The judge said he intends that the Capitol then can re-open during working hours.

Protesters are in their third week of demonstrations against Gov. Scott Walker's proposal to repeal nearly all collective bargaining rights for most public employee unions. They have stayed in the Capitol despite a 4 p.m. Sunday deadline to leave.
Court testimony had continued Thursday on whether state officials overstepped their bounds when they decided to severely limit access to the state Capitol on Monday.

1. Fair enough...
IF they allow free access during business hours. If not, the leadership needs to be held in contempt, along with any officer that blocks access.

3. Judge Orders Protesters to Leave State Capitol
Source: WSAW

MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- A Wisconsin judge has ordered pro-union protesters to be removed from the state Capitol.

Dane County Circuit Judge John Albert issued a verbal ruling Thursday night that protesters who have remained in the building after closing time should be removed as soon as authorities believe they can do so with minimum risk of injury to protesters or police.

5. ... just because they have to leave the building ...
.... doesn't mean they have to leave the grounds, does it? Or the sidewalk across the street?

And yes, as noted, during 'business hours' tomorrow, they'll be right back inside.

This ain't over by a longshot.

6. They found 41 rounds
of 22 cal at three different entrances. That's a giveaway that the cheap assed Repubs planted them. Nothing is cheaper than a .22 other than a Wisconsin Republican.

So much for all the Tea party talk of second ammendment remedies and the tree of revolution. What would the dictator say if the protesters were open carrying? Walker would shit himself, that's what.

This is just a made up excuse to clear the capitol and violate the constitution.
