3. Right decision, but doubt if the "birthers" will accept it.
Being the idiots that they've proved themselves to be.

15. She's not eligible, thank the Gods -
she was born in the Moldavian SSR, Union of Soviet Socialist Republic, now Moldova. She can however run for the House or the Senate, heaven help us.

If she was anything but a right winger, she'd be shouted down as a Commie infiltrator.

8. This was a request for a rehearing in Hollister v Soetoro
It had already been rejected a few weeks ago and these numb-nuts filed a request for a rehearing. SCOTUS almost never grants a rehearing except under the most extraordinary of circumstances.

12. Yes, you have to remember this was really Phil Berg's case
Berg likes to refer to Obama as Barry Soetoro. It is infantile but that fits Berg. Berg filed this case through Hemenway in the DC District. Berg applied to be admitted to the court for this case but Judge Robertson said not so fast and said Berg would have to come in and tell him why he should be admitted and what evidence he had about Obama. Berg passed on that chance since he knew all he had was a pile of poop. Greg Hollister is a retired AF COL who claimed he was "tortured" that he might have to be recalled to active duty under an illegitimate president.

11. Not an Orly mess this time
No, this isn't Orly.

This is / was Gregory Hollister represented by Phil Berg.

13. As always, irony
Edited on Mon Mar-07-11 01:39 PM by bongbong
As always, loads of unintentional irony from the repigs. The brainless dolt who keeps wasting the court's time is a retired Colonel. Thus, he has that "evil socialism" covering his expenses & medical.

The repigs hate America SO FUCKING MUCH it makes me ill.

19. The are worse than boneheads they are pushing sedition
The frustration of the complete and utter failure in the courts has welled up in some of them to the point they are calling for some sort of armed insurrection. If you don't beleive me check some of the articles and comments at Sharon Rondeau's The Post and Email http://www.thepostemail.com/ or Dr. Kate's hate filled Dr. Kate's View http://drkatesview.wordpress.com/
