DEN HAAG-at the Libyan Consulate in The Hague is the three-coloured ' revolutionary ' flag. The red, black, green flag waving in the place of the full Green that Muammar Gaddafi ever introduced as official flag.
The three color, which dates from the period prior to 1969, when Gaddafi via a coup d ' état came to power, has become a symbol for the rebellion against the Libyan dictator.

ANP the Libyan Consulate was not reachable Tuesday to explain the presence of the old flag at the building.
