Charges dropped against Pace University players

The Westchester County District Attorney's office will drop its case against four teammates of Pace University football player Danroy D.J. Henry, who were accused of disobeying police in the aftermath of Henry's fatal shooting.

Prosecutors said in a court motion filed Wednesday that convicting the four teammates would "not serve the ends of justice."

The four had been charged with misdemeanors. A grand jury declined to indict the officer who shot and killed Henry.
