The Wisconsin Democratic Party has filed a complaint alleging that Republican Gov. Scott Walker's Statehouse meeting with a prominent GOP pollster was illegal because Walker derived political gain from it.

Walker's spokesman Cullen Werwie confirmed the Capitol meeting with pollster Frank Lutz happened Feb. 23, the day after Walker took a call from someone he believed to be billionaire Republican donor David Koch.................
