(WI) Appeals panel: Supreme Court should take up collective bargaining law

The move puts the issue squarely before the Supreme Court less than two weeks before Justice David Prosser faces re-election April 5. It is at the high court's discretion on whether it takes the case. Even if it takes the case, it wasn't immediately clear how quickly the court could act.

They have two weeks to try to jam it through the supreme court before the election.

I sure hope Wisconsin is going to put the Democratic judge on the bench. (the polls are already open)

2. wouldn't the Chief Justice have say over the scheduling?
I should think she could counter Prosser's attempt to get this heard/rammed through before he is (hopefully) tossed on the curb. :shrug:

3. How soon after the election would a new justice be seated?
That's assuming a new justice is elected.

4. If there is a fear
of Heil Walker's crony on the bench being voted out I'm pretty sure it will be JAMMED thru immediately.

the court likely already is crammed with cases. It always seems to be.
