1. Stay away from Mexico for awhile!
I have been trying to discourage my clients from any Mexican Riviera Cruise Events from any cruise lines, and travel to Mexico in general. Plenty of other destinations to visit.

3. You are right, It is a great place, not knocking the beauty of it.
But safety is definately an issue. I can't sell Mexico with confidence these days. I care about my clients' safety and repeat bookings.

5. They were at sea
Just so you know, the Wonder was at sea when she went missing. Mexico isn't a horrible place.

8. Now there's an outrageous statement. Many of us travel to Mexico for work
and travel throughout Mexico -- it's no more dangerous than parts of any urban American city at 2:00 a.m. Trashing an entire country serves no purpose. Millions of Mexican people live their daily lives, working, taking care of families, getting along in this world. The Mexican drug cartels are a result of a number of international and national policies and the tremendous demand for drugs in the US.

Mexico does not deserve the bum rap it gets from US media and the RW crazy press. Its a wonderful country.

6. I got on Carnival as a ship musicain once and the drummer went missing.
turned out he just stayed in Cozumel the previous week when they were in port. They then flew him back to Miami and asked him to get back on cause they couldn't find another drummer.
