Bush rips up the road map
Edited on Wed Apr-14-04 08:42 PM by JoFerret
http://www.guardian.co.uk/israel/Story/0,2763,1192206,00.html
<<The agreement is bound to ignite anger in the Arab world, especially Mr Bush's rejection of a Palestinian right of return, which will have a direct impact on countries such as Jordan, Syria and Lebanon which have substantial populations of refugees. For many, the right of refugees, and the descendants of refugees from the 1948 war, to return to what is now Israel is a sacred tenet. >>

us again.

2. No wonder Sharon was smiling so much
"They said diplomats had prepared four versions of withdrawal proposals, only for Washington to accept the initial one, which was least generous to the Palestinians."

Sure Mr Autosalesperson, I will pay full window price for your car....

Payback for siding with the Eyerackis.

7. Oh yes. I had the same thought
...can't beat one group so take it out on the nearest surrogate. Typical abuser. And anyway - how would he be able to tell the difference.
This needs to be told as a typical Bush betrayal/ backtrack/ flip-flop. Although flip-flop sounds so trivial relative to betrayal of a people.

5. I think that this was part of the plan since 2000.
Chimpy sees this fight in biblical terms. The Christians and Jews team up against the heathen Muslims and kick them out of the middle east.

Most people are a little more pragmatic when making international policy, but not Chimpy. His level is rock bottom simplistic. I think he gets all his foreign policy ideas from the "Left Behind" series.

8. Wait until the Jews in Israel find out
Edited on Wed Apr-14-04 09:46 PM by Ilsa
that the Armageddon plan includes 1/3 of them converting to Christianity, 1/3 being tossed into the lake of fire, and I can't remember what is supposed to happen to the last 1/3, but it isn't anything to look forward to. Yep, that's the fundie way!

9. Another war guaranteed
Just in time for the 2005 draft.

Honestly, what happens to Israel when * loses in
2004? They have made a dangerous bet on which America
they will be dealing with when the mother of all blowback
engulfs them.

11. The Road Map was a distraction from his real goal.
Domination of the ME

This is why them Iraqis and others are fighting so hard.

Already Bush has let them evagelicals in there to thump the bibles. This one act is a loser decision.

But, on the other hand, it could just be that he and his friends want a war. This will give them license to wipe out huge chunks of Muslims who just happen to live where all the oil is. The bible thing about END TIMES is an excuse, a diversion. Its all about the OIL, Control, Domination, GREED, and Selfishness. His actions throughout his term points in this direction.

13. Oy oy oy
These guys are determined to make as much of a mess as possible. They've got their money spigot in place, sucking taxpayer dollars straight through Iraq to Halliburton.

All that's left is to piss off the rest of the Arabs, and ruin the chance for peace forever.

Is that part of why he did it?
