Four killed in Iraq mortar attack (Iraqis in Mosul market)
Four Iraqis were killed and six others injured on Wednesday when a mortar shell exploded in a crowded market in the main northern city of Mosul, police said.

Police Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed Chihab said: "Four civilians including two women were killed and six others injured when the shell exploded in the middle of the market in the Bab Jedid quarter."

He said preliminary investigations suggested the target was a police post close to the market.

1. Thanks for posting this
We need to hear about all the Iraqi fatalities and casualties, as much as possible. Better yet, how about a website that lists their names/faces (whenever possible), similar to the ones we have for US servicepeople? I wish someone would do that.
