...If this is the supplemental approprations bill they're talking about, it looks like they were stealing from the humanitarian and economic assistance funds for Afghanistan.

He mentions it in the book. We were looking for the book at Costco tonight, but I guess it's not out until next week. Costco has a LOT of Clarke's book though, and it's almost 1/2 price there. Also, Peter Singer (Animal Liberation) wrote a stinging book on Bush. I hope it sells well, too.

should be impeached because he violated the very resolution (federal law) that authorized Bush to start the war by lying in his Determination (a statutory requirement in the Resolution)he submitted to congress after the war saying in the Determination that Iraq was a THREAT (WMD)and that diplomacy was not working (even though the UN inspectors were in Iraq with full access)to contain the threat and that Saddam was connected to 911 (no evidence of this fact)....Read John Dean's book for more info.
