I'd hate to think this is going to put a halt to his forward momentum...

7. Yeah -- Huntsman Seems Like the Only Candidate Other than Romney
who at least seems halfway competent and reasonable. It really speaks poorly of the Republican party that he's too far to the left for them.

8. One more little point. Doesn't take his religion very seriously.
Big subtract.

4. Rick Scott's former 'ace' Susie Wiles quitting with Huntsman?

Just can't get rid of the taint, I suppose.

Or maybe on to greener pastures.

9. Colbert (via my less funny paraphase) Huntsman is the candidate for people
who like Romney, but worry that Romney may have too much name recognition among voters.

I loves me this large, crappy Republican field. I hope donors donate heavily to their favorites, then end up nominating the one in the batch least like to win the general.

Don't ask me which candidate is the worst. Too hard a question for me.

If I were a PTB conspiracy theorist, the crappiness of the Republican field would signal that the PTB fix was in for re-election.

As it is, I just laugh and laugh.
